HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Knight Hall is always looking for parents and friends to help--whether that help comes in the form of time or money! Running a high quality early care and education program is very expensive. Tuition dollars cover some of the cost. However without your additional generosity in other areas, we could not be the wonderful learning community we are. Some find it easier to make a simple monetary donation to Knight Hall, so we can purchase enrichment materials, or maintain or upgrade current equipment, for example; others prefer to lend their time and skills. We need and appreciate all the support you are able to offer!
If you have any of the skills or talents listed below, or if you think of some other way you might help, please contact Martha.I promise we won’t take terrible advantage of you!!!
If you work in a related field, and can help educate our teachers in a special way, please contact Martha. These areas include, but are not limited to: speech pathology, occupational therapy, medicine, education (such as a kindergarten teacher, preschool teacher or reading specialist), psychology, psychiatry, or any other field that we can benefit from!
Finally if you have a profession, hobby or skill that the children might be interested in learning more about, please contact Martha. Enrichment experiences families in the past have shared include cooking holiday recipes with the children, sharing family traditions, singing or reading with the children, and sharing information about a job or profession.
Knight Hall is a community of people. When we all come together, we do create wonderful things! Thank you in advance for your ideas and all your help.
Another way you can help is by donating certain items that the school needs. Don’t forget that Knight Hall is a non-profit organization and all your donations are tax-deductible! Below are some things we need. Please let Martha know if you can provide any of these things, or if you have something else that might be useful, and thank you!
